We connect your Wall Connector to the Tesla app, walk you through the features, and make sure everything is working perfectly before we leave.

If every vehicle in your household is a Tesla, the standard Wall Connector does everything you need. If you have or plan to have a non-Tesla EV (Ford, Chevy, BMW, Rivian, etc.), go with the Universal Wall Connector — it charges any EV automatically with its built-in Magic Dock. The Universal also supports Powershare bidirectional charging if you own a Cybertruck, and Group Power Management if you want to share one circuit across multiple chargers.

Yes. You can purchase your Tesla Wall Connector or Universal Wall Connector directly from Tesla's website or the Tesla Shop and we'll install it. We can also order it for you as part of your project, whichever is easier.

For most homes, we can complete the installation within 1–2 weeks of your estimate, depending on permit turnaround times in your municipality. The actual installation is typically same-day — most jobs are done in 2–4 hours. If a panel upgrade is needed, add 1–2 days.

Second, we install: dedicated 240V circuit, wiring, mounting, and all local permitting and inspections. Third, we connect your Wall Connector to the Tesla app, walk you through scheduling and monitoring, and make sure everything works before we leave. Most installations take 2–4 hours.
Powershare: Your Cybertruck Can Power Your Home
With Tesla Powershare and a Universal Wall Connector, your Cybertruck becomes a backup power source for your home.
During an outage, your truck can deliver up to 11.5 kW of power- enough to run your home for over three days. IllumiGEN installs the Powershare Gateway and Universal Wall Connector as a complete package. We handle the electrical integration so your home automatically switches to Cybertruck power when the grid goes down.
